The below terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Accurate Door and a customer. Terms subject to change without notice.
- Prices are based upon present market conditions for acceptance within 30 days unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.
- Submittals, detailed hardware schedules, product samples or product specs provided only after estimate is accepted and notice to proceed or written purchase agreement is issued.
- Delivery dates and lead times are not guaranteed beyond our ability to procure shipment of materials from factories. Accurate Door shall not be penalized for any delays in deliveries due to weather, factory delays, government restrictions, strikes, fires, accidents or any other causes beyond our control.
- Accurate Door shall not be held responsible for the cost of any material or labor procured elsewhere and used on this contract without our written permission.
- If no payment terms are provided for subject job, then the following shall apply. Invoices will be due for payment on a net 30 basis. If an account is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, an additional amount equivalent to 25% of the amount due or $750.00, whichever is greater, shall also be due for attorney’s fees.
- Only material or scope listed above will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the scope and material listed above.
- In the event of default in payment, Accurate Door reserves the right at any time to withhold further deliveries when deemed necessary to protect our interests, and past due accounts shall be subject to a 1 ½% per month service charge.
- All Federal, State, Municipal and other local sales taxes are to be added to the quoted prices unless valid reseller’s permit is submitted.
- All prices include manufacturer freight to Accurate Door’s warehouse. Delivery to job site is not included unless otherwise specified above.
- The sale of builders’ hardware, hollow metal or building specialties or related items to a contractor does not make Accurate Door a sub-contractor of the seller. Hence invoices from Accurate Door are to be processed at face value without any percentages withheld unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Quotations unless otherwise noted do not include unloading, installation, jobsite or warehouse storage or painting.
- Unless particularly excluded, all of the above terms and conditions will be considered a part of any purchase order or contract.
